DAYS & CLASS TYPES:
KEIKI CLASS: To begin with, I was thinking of doing a Keiki class on a Wed evening or Saturday morning. This 60 minute class would consist of 30 minutes of yoga and 20 minutes of creative play and 10 minutes of wiggle room to get settled in or ready for pickup.
ADULT CLASSES: I would love to also teach a Yin Yoga class (60 MIN) and a mindful slow flow & sound bath (60MIN) class for adults. For the days those classes would be held, I would like to have an evening and morning class to be able to offer something different to the local community. I am very much so open to hearing your thoughts about the classes and days
